Account deactivation

If you have an account in JB5, you can deactivate it directly from the app under Settings → Deactivate Account.

If you no longer have access to the app, please contact us at deactivate@jb5app.com with your registered email address to request account deletion.

Immediately after deactivating your account all data held will be permanently deleted. You are always welcome to register again in the future.

Once your account has been deactivated, we can no longer recover it. This is a permanent process that cannot be undone.
