Your first and last name and email address when you register for an account

App‑install security data

  • Randomly generated install identifier (UUID)

  • Device model label (e.g., “iPhone 15 Pro”, “Pixel 9”)

  • Detect and block sign‑in attempts from unfamiliar devices

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

  • provide and manage the operation and maintenance of the App.

  • detect fraud and unauthorised access attempts and protect accounts.

  • improve our service by analysing usage data to understand how the app is used and to improve user experience.

  • communicate with you about any prize draws entered.

We are able to this because:

  • We have a contract with you to provide the App and related services

  • We have a legal obligation to fulfil

  • We wish to fulfil our legitimate interests, or those of a third party (which includes you)

  • You have given us your consent

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We will take every step to minimise the data shared and ensure it is used only for the intended purposes.

How we share your information:

  • Third-Party Service Providers: 

We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share anonymised personal data with third-party service providers to perform services on our behalf to help us analyse how the app and its features are used, enabling us to improve functionality and enhance the user experience. This includes activities such as error and performance monitoring.

Any data shared for analytics purposes is subject to strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

  • Legal and Safety Reasons:

We may disclose your information if required by law, such as to comply with legal obligations or to protect our rights.

  • We cease to provide the App and/or it is transferred to a third party:

We may transfer your information to the owner, or prospective owner of the App, or to a replacement provider of the App in the event of a transfer of services.

Location of Data

We may transfer or share your information to locations outside the UK / EEA. Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK / EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at appropriate safeguards are implemented. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain account and security‑related data only while your account is active.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You also have a right to object to the handling of your personal information or restrict its use. You may also have the right to request a transfer of your personal information. Not all rights will apply at all times and we will let you know if we are unable to comply with a request.

Where you have provided your consent for something, you may withdraw this consent (but note that we may continue to use your personal information if we have legal grounds for doing so).

You also have the right to contact your local data protection authority, if you have any concerns about the way we are handling your personal data. However, where possible, please speak to us first as we would appreciate the opportunity to help with your concern.

If you delete your account via Settings → Deactivate Account, all associated data is permanently erased within 30 days.

We employ industry‑standard safeguards to keep your information safe, including:

  • Strict role‑based access controls limiting who can access production data.

  • Network isolation and firewall rules that restrict traffic to trusted endpoints.

While no system can be guaranteed 100 % secure, we continuously review and enhance our security procedures.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Updates to Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes within the App or through other appropriate means.
